This is a 70446 baffle plate - a sheet metal air cooling control plate from the bottom of a TMD. These are commonly rusted away & no longer direct the cooling air flow properly. This one is in excellent condition. It has been cleaned & de-greased then examined. There are no apparent cracks, weld repairs. This can only be used on the TMD.
